ABOUT THE VINEYARD

We planted our first Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in 2012 on a sunny south facing slope in Del Mar, California about two miles from the Pacific Ocean. We are an ultra-micro vineyard producing thirty cases of wine a year for family and friends. Our grapes are a mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

The grapes are grown in an organic and sustainable manner with as little intervention by us as possible. We enjoy the feel of seasonality the vineyard gives us as seasons in Southern California are very subtle.

Since 2018, family and friends have joined us in September to hand harvest the grapes. The wine improves with each vintage as the vines mature and we are so grateful to be able to grow and drink our own wines!
